Dear Steve and Meg,
I just wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience with Hill View as regards our website.
Dealing with Hill View has been a positive experience from the beginning. Oftentimes when trying
to create an idea such as a website it is very hard to transform your ideas through other people.
You made the whole process a painless and enlightening experience.
I just simply told you what ideas and effects we were trying to express in our site and the
results were better than I imagined. Your use of colors was perfect and much better than anything
I could have come up with.
It is always a pleasure to call you with updates to our site and there is never a worry about the results.
I would highly recommend your services to anyone that needs professional results with creativeness
and have the bonus of dealing with the friendliest couple in the business.
I look forward to dealing with you for many years to come.

Dear Meg and Steve,
I can tell you without equivocation, I am absolutely delighted with our web site.
Prior to the site's existences, I fielded inquiry after inquiry, spent hours on the telephone
explaining policies, procedures, costs, etc... Then spent more hours mailing the same information
to potential clients. The process resulted in contracts with about 30% of the inquiries.
Today, after a year working with the site, I can happily report that not only is my time and
effort reduced very substantially, the number of inquiries resulting in contracts has become
about 70%. Our rentals for the year are up very nicely.
I very much appreciate the results we have had. The whole Board agrees the site is great and
I thank you for a fabulous job.
Yours Truly,
Jean M. Rees

Meg and Steve Suraci combine the highest levels of professionalism and know-how with a
completely genuine friendliness and community spirit.
Hill View provides the best of both worlds: the technical sophistication of a big-city firm
with the one-on-one, individualized customer service of a small rural business.
Also, they have nice dogs!

Hill View Donates Another Year of Services to the CIN
Wednesday, 05 January 2005
Hill View Inc. of Union Dale has donated another year of web hosting and domain name
registration to the Community Information Network.
The CIN has been hosted at Hill View since its inception in 2002.
Meg and Steve Suraci of Hill View participated in early meetings of the volunteer group
which formed the CIN and offered their services. The Community Information Network's free
services have grown with the introduction of a content management system for members of
the Rural Development Committee and other non-profits and agencies to share news and
information with the public and with each other.
This new feature joins a database of local business and organizations which helps
residents and people around the world find services and products in Susquehanna County,
and provides free publicity. An events calendar and other elements are planned for the future.
"Steve and Meg really helped the CIN get off the ground," says Hilary Caws-Elwitt,
volunteer administrator of the CIN, "and we're grateful for their continuing support."

Hello Meg & Steve,
Just to let you know, when I talk at conferences most people have
checked me out on the website. They comment on how professional and well
organized my site is. I tell them it is done locally and they can't believe it!
Congratulations! You should be a New York City design team.
Best Regards,

Steve & Meg,
Writing to say "Thank You!" for the great work on the Munley's Grove site.
Once again "ski group catering sales" have produced enough profits to cover all
internet fees for the year in just five weeks of the new year! These customers would
never have found us without the web site. It's amazing that New York and New Jersey
can now find us!
Thanks a Million,
Tom Munley

Hi Meg & Steve,
Please remove the property on the elkmtnarea.com site or mark it as sold. The site works
very well; the property sold. We're really happy with it! Every piece of property, four
pieces total, sold in record time and for record money. You did a really great job. We
would like to talk with you sometime about getting sites like it in other areas for other
properties. We appreciate all your good work.
Thanks a lot.
